About the event
Four seconds. That is how quickly a grain entrapment can become an engulfment situation, where self-escape by the victim is impossible and every second counts from preventing a rescue becoming a recovery. When your team encounters a grain emergency, will they know the proper response?
The Co-Alliance Grain Engulfment Simulator replicates this life-threatening situation to create awareness for grain bin safety and to teach real-world rescue techniques. We provide interactive and impactful programs to community groups and emergency responders across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
As part of each class, you will walk through grain emergency response and have the opportunity to conduct actual grain engulfment scenarios using the simulator.
